What Is our Policy?

We respectfully advise that if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment then 50% of the fee is payable. If it is a non monetary value appointment (eg a consultation or a review) a charge of £25  will be required to rebook.

Why do we need this?

Cancellations are very costly to us, and also take opportunities away from other clients who are on our waiting list.  Thanks for your understanding  and continued support of my small business.
